Disturbance

A daughter reported that her dad was hitting her mom on Road 6 in Powell, 6:55 p.m. Aug. 20.

Someone was doing doughnuts in their vehicle at Absaroka Storage on Dipilla Lane in Powell, 7:55 p.m. Aug. 21.

A woman says her husband have a gun in the attic of their home on Big Horn Avenue, and she is afraid he was going to shoot her. Cody Police Department responded and heard a shot when arriving, 8:40 p.m. Aug. 21.

Dogs are reported to be barking nonstop on Mustang Lane in Cody, 8:30 p.m. Aug. 22.

An uninvited person came into a house on Nez Perce Drive in Cody via hitchhiking, and refused to leave, 7:50 p.m. Aug. 23.

People were yelling and crying on County Road 2BC in Cody, 8:55 p.m. Aug. 23.

Motor vehicle crash at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 19 at Wapiti School on U.S. 14-16-20. The crash involved a collision between a truck and a deer.

A two-vehicle crash occurred on U.S. 14A in Powell, 2:55 p.m. Aug. 21. No injuries are reported.

A gold Ford truck has been losing trash near WYO 294 and U.S. 14A in Powell, 6 p.m. Aug. 21.

Male subject in a white Chevy truck darted into another lane, trying to cut person off near U.S. 14A and County Road 3EX in Cody, 1:30 p.m. Aug. 22.

Multiple motorcycles were racing on County Road WX in Cody, 4:20 p.m. Aug. 22.

A 16-year-old male suspect was racing up and down Johnson Avenue and WYO 295 in Powell, supposedly tearing the road, and not wearing a helmet. He did not stop after being told to do so at 7:35 p.m. Aug. 22.

A grey Toyota ran a red light in front of a school bus, heading east on Road 4 in Powell, 7:25 a.m. Aug. 23.

An off-white Ford truck with Colorado plates was swerving in and out of traffic on U.S. 14-16-20 in Cody, 5:10 p.m. Aug. 23.

A REDDI stop was performed on a vehicle on Coulter Avenue in Clark, 10:45 p.m. Aug. 23.

A fence was spray painted at Meeteetse High School on Idaho Street at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 19.

Sheet metal on County Road 2AB near Gerber Lane, Cody at 9:55 a.m. Aug. 20. The metal was returned to owner.

Metal ladder laying in the road on County Road 3CX near US 14A in Cody, 4:10 p.m. Aug. 20.

A resident on Road 10 in Powell is missing dog named Daisy, with a pink collar. The dog was lost on Olive Road in Powell. She was also bit by her cat at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 20.

A knee injury on Jack Creek Trailhead near Jack Creek Access Road in Meeteetse at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 20, inquired the cost of helicopter rescue. A helicopter rescue was initiated the next day.

Father says his daughter is overdue from a camping trip, 1:50 p.m. Aug. 21. She was camping on County Road 6WX in Cody.

Two stray mules, a black horse, and two dogs are on a property at County Road 6RT in Cody, 6:15 p.m. Aug. 21. The animals broke through a fence on a neighboring property.

Male on an ATV going to each house along County Road 6CU in Cody, and photographing it, 8:50 a.m. Aug. 22.

Woman wants a restraining order against her ex from visiting her property on north WYO 120 in Cody, 3:20 p.m. Aug. 22.

Man says his son is attempting to take his dog without permission on Sheridan Avenue in Cody, 4:20 p.m., Aug. 22. 

A .22 pistol in a grey plastic case was found at a vacation rental on Wapiti Estates Drive in Cody, 3:55 p.m. Aug. 22.

A suspicious vehicle was parked on Siddle Drive in Cody. The neighbors didn’t know why it was there as of 4:20 p.m., Aug. 22.

Yellowstone Regional Airport security is requesting information about a vehicle parked at the airport Roger Sedam Drive in Cody, that people appear to be visiting. The car was still parked there as of 4:25 p.m. Aug. 22. 

Man with dark clothes and a dark hat was looking lost and searching for his wife’s car lost the previous night on Manning Road in Cody, 7:10 a.m. Aug. 23.

Malnourished horses on Manning Road in Cody that appear to have no food or water, 1:20 p.m. Aug. 23.

A black horse and two mules were running on County Road 6RT in Cody, 9:20 a.m. Aug. 24.

Woman says someone was on her property on Jr Street in Cody and took things, 3:30 p.m., Aug. 24.

Woman refused to answer questions about why she was on person’s property with her vehicle on County Road 8UC in Clark, 8 p.m. Aug. 24.

Suspicious activity near Sulfur Creek and the Shoshone River on Riverside Avenue and Gulch Street in Cody. Suspect was moving around in cave, 1:20 p.m. Aug. 25.

Vehicle was damaged on WYO 294 and Little Sand Coulee Road in Powell. Reporting party says someone took a baseball bat to it, smashing parts of the vehicle, 1:55 p.m. Aug. 25.
