Police Log: Neighbor hasn’t changed license plates

Douglas County sheriff

8:31 a.m. — Caller’s neighbor hasn’t switched his Nevada plates to Oregon ones in the 1000 block of Scottsburg West Road, Scottsburg.

10:11 a.m. — Sex crimes reported in Elkton.

1:29 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Glide.

2:46 p.m. — Caller’s neighbors like to complain on him when he burns in the 200 block of Akin Lane, Roseburg.

3:34 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Canyonville.

8:12 p.m. — Caller’s dog won’t stop barking, but she hasn’t been able to hear or see anyone in the 500 block of Charles Street, Yoncalla.

5:08 p.m. — Mobile home on fire on Ashwood Lane, Idleyld Park.

6:36 p.m. — Several burns are unattended, caller didn’t think the tree was meant to be on fire in the 300 block of Hogan Road, Oakland.

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Roseburg police

Erica Nicole Stalmarck, 48, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft and third-degree cirminal mischief.

Sutherlin police

Andrew Jacob Neal, 21, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of three counts of unlawful motor vehicle entry, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.

James Michael Perry, 54, of Cottage Grove, on suspicion of unlawful weapon use, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, second-degree criminal trespass by guest, unlawful weapon use, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and improper use of 911.
