• 11:55 a.m. Deputy and Lake County Rescue Squad responded to medical at Finland residence. One brought by helicopter to St. Luke’s Hospital.

• 6:30 p.m. Deputy, along with Silver Bay Police Department, responded to report of a suicide attempt.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

• 8:51 a.m. Deputy received report of theft in the Two Harbors area.

• 8:52 a.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Minnesota Highway 61 near Mt. Rockwood Road. Warned for speed.

• 9:52 a.m. Sergeant responded to report of a one vehicle rollover on Penn Boulevard. One brought to Lake View Hospital by ambulance.

• 10:48 a.m. Deputy attempted to check welfare of individual in Ely. Unable to locate.

• 1:06 p.m. Deputy took report of a stolen gun from Two Harbors residence.

• 2:34 p.m. Deputy took report of property damage at Beaver Bay residence.

• 3:22 p.m. Deputy responded to report of deer vs. car on Salakka Road. Deer dead on arrival.

• 4:35 p.m. Deputies and Lake County Rescue Squad responded to car vs. semi near Split Rock Lighthouse Road.

• 6:18 p.m. Deputy responded to report of possible stolen property found along road in Finland.

• 2:32 p.m. Deputy responded to report of car vs. deer near Beaver Bay.

• 2:51 p.m. Deputy responded to report of neighbor trouble.

• 5:11 p.m. Deputies responded to medical in Knife River.

• 5:43 p.m. Deputy makes traffic stop on County Road 2 near Forest County Road 11. Warned for speed.

Friday, Oct. 26

• 12:09 a.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Minnesota Highway 61.

• 1:30 a.m. Deputy out with occupied vehicle at Beaver Bay rest stop. Driver was taking a nap.

• 9:27 a.m. Deputy served papers at Two Harbors residence.

• 11:59 a.m. Deputy checked business on watch list. All secure.

• 2:08 p.m. Deputy out with semi with flashers on. Driver was checking mechanical issues.

• 4:26 p.m. Deputy spoke with residents about a possible order violation.

• 5:52 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on County Road 2 near Forest County Road 11. Warned for speed.

• 10:12 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Minnesota Highway 61. Warn for speed.

• 10:52 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Penn Boulevard near Outer Drive. Warned for stop sign.

• 11:35 p.m. Deputy, along with Silver Bay Police Department, attempted to locate possible impaired driver. Vehicle located, no impairment.

Saturday, Oct. 27

• 4:42 a.m. Deputy and Lake County Rescue Squad responded to report of motor vehicle damage on County Road 2.

• 9:11 a.m. Deputy made traffic stop on County Road 2 near Wales Road. Warned for speed.

• 12:53 p.m. Deputy responded to report of garbage dumped in gravel pit. Owner of garbage cleaned it up.

• 6:04 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on County Road 2 near Big Noise Pit Road. Warned for speed.

• 6:38 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Minnesota Highway 61 near Edwardson Road.

• 6:58 p.m. Deputy attempted to locate wrong way driver on Minnesota Highway 61. Unable to locate.

• 7:19 p.m. Deputy responded to report of suspicious activity.

• 7:51 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Main Street near McDonald Road. Warned for headlight out.

• 8:01 p.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Main Street near Club Road. Warned for tail light out and expired registration.

• 1:19 a.m. Deputy made traffic stop on Edison Boulevard near Edwards Drive. Warned for stop sign.

• 2:19 a.m. Deputies, along with Two Harbors Police Department, responded to report of a hit and run on County Road 2. One brought to Lake County Jail for DWI.

• 11:27 a.m. Deputy spoke with resident regarding a possible cell phone scam.

• 5:41 p.m. Deputy, along with Two Harbors Police Department, responded to hold up button push at Two Harbors business. Accidental push.

• 7:22 p.m. Deputies, along with Two Harbors Police Department, responded to report of suspicious activity at Two Harbors business. All secure.
